The classes are in MYSORE STYLE. 

Classes timings: (Monday thru Saturday).

I  batch:    06.00 AM to 07.20 AM              ASANA  
II  batch:   07.30 AM to 08.50 AM             ASANA  

Those who want to practice for a longer period can sign in for both the classes paying the required fees.

11.00 AM to 12.30 PM      PRANAYAMA  AND MANTRA (Monday thru Friday)
03.30 PM  onwards           FOR TEACHERS AND TEACHER TRAINEES (Monday thru Friday)
The class hours depends on the type of classes offered.

1.       Week-long regular classes from Monday thru Saturday.
2.       Day routine ---
a). asana
  Primary series.
  Intermediate series
  General asanas for those who cannot do ashtanga/vinyasa style.

b) Pranayama
c) Chanting mantras
d) Yoga philosophy.
e) Techniques of adjustments.

3.      Teacher Certification:
a)    200 hours
b)    500 hours
c)    Short duration (less than 200 hours)



 

The students will have ample of time and opportunity to meet and discuss with Master ji on yoga theory and practice.

The classes are optional and there is no compulsion to attend all of the classes.
You will have plenty of opportunity to talk with Master ji and discuss with him.
Training programs and classes are flexible and you can come and join the courses according to your convenience.

Master ji makes a lot of correction and adjustments while you practice asana. NO ONE WILL BE PUSHED BEYOND HIS/HER LIMITS. NO ONE WILL BE FORCED TO DO WHAT HE/SHE IS NOT READY FOR although all students will be supported and advised to penetrate deep into their asana and gradually move beyond their limitations.

The students must submit a recent passport size photo and copy of relevant passport pages upon beginning any classes.

There will be NO refunds of fees under any circumstance.
You can get the teacher training certificate anywhere in the world but you get the best adjustment training of asanas and learn to do in Master ji’s class ONLY.

STUDIO:-

  1. You are required to bring all materials you may require to practice yoga, e.g. mat, towel, etc.
  2. Should you not have your personal mat, you may hire a studio mat for US$10 per month or US$1 per day.
  3. No talking is permitted in the studio during class.
  4. Clothing for all classes should be comfortable and appropriate.
  5. Keep the studio clean; remove all your belongings when you leave the studio; ensure the toilet is clean after using it; wipe perspiration around your mat.
  6. Maintain the sanctity of the practice space.
  7. Refer to the books that provide information about the human body and its organs. Master ji will be mentioning the names of the various parts of the body in the class such as perineum, ankles, knee sit-bones, hip-joints etc. Be familiar with these terms and where they are situated in the body.

ë  For Teacher Training students:

    • There are no practice pre-requisites to enter the teacher training course.
    • You are required to attend all classes.
    • The Primary Series of Ashtanga yoga is the main focus of this course. By the end of the course you would have a clear working and teaching knowledge of this level of Ashtanga yoga.
    • Every student is required to assist in adjustments for a minimum of 6 classes during the course.
    • All students will be assessed individually.

For all the courses, you need to secure your own housing and food arrangement.

Before you arrive--Have a valid visa to be in India.
